"Recommended unit"

Perfect location. Few steps away to Session Road, Cathedral, Porta Vaga mall, Sm mall, Night market, Burnham park, etc . No need to ride. Lots of taxis pass by Infront of the building. Unit is clean, comfortable, etc.

Not a big deal but maybe it lacks a whole body mirror.
