Clean, spacious room. Once you’ve checked in, you have access to the parking garage to avoid weather.

A little hard to access to check in. The place you pull in and sidewalk not cleared of snow.

The rooms were updated and the breakfast area was easy to access without getting clogged up. The service was also good!

The bathroom in my room and hair clippings still in the sink and shower as well as on the toilet paper. It appeared like someone shaved their head or large body part in the bathroom. Pretty gross.

It has a great location!

The taxes weren’t fully disclosed to me when I booked the hotel. I thought I paid completely in advance only to be presented with an additional $60 in taxes. Also, the lights in the room were not positioned well. There was no light over the desk and no way to move a light there.

I love the location and how spacious the rooms are.

The breakfast options are terrible. The protein options are disgusting. We have stayed there 3 weekends this month and it is the exact same egg patty and Canadian ham and it tastes like plastic.
