The location was great.

The beds are very firm and very uncomfortable. - one of the bathrooms has a very slow drain - we had issues with the unit upstairs to cool. When I reached out I was told they would update us shortly with a time for someone to come out - that was at 9 in the morning. By around 4:30 I still had not heard from anyone. We waster and entire day for someone and to hear from someone. It was rude and wasted a day of our vacation. All I got was we can see the unit and it seems to be working. And the only reason it was was because we made it cold downstairs so we got it to cool off. The air was not coming out of the vents upstairs. We had people staying down stairs freezing. The whole thing uncalled for. Also it was dirty. Dust on plants and ceiling fans and cob webs on one of the ceiling fan.
