Cozy Apartment Puerta Del Sol & Private Patio

This apartment requires immediate renovation and is definitely not "luxury". The patio is a dangerous place full of mold and fungus, and the entire apartment smells very strongly of damp and lacks natural light. The only window overlooks the courtyard and is located in the bedroom. You can hear the neighbors and the barking dog all the time. The night is a nightmare! Instead of investing in colorful lights, most of which no longer work, you had to buy at least one clothes cabinet, which is sorely lacking in the apartment. The bed creaks with every movement. The photos in the advertisement were taken a long time ago, because the facility is already very damaged. The sink in the bathroom barely works, it keeps getting clogged. Tiles are falling off in the shower. The pseudo-"patio" is a one-meter-long room with a moldy tarp full of water hanging above your head. You never know when it will break! This apartment is dramatic. We have never felt so cheated on booking, and we travel very often. Fortunately, we managed to get a partial refund for the unsuccessful stay.

Kitchen, bathroom and lounge very nice.

No closet or drawers in bedroom. A chest of drawers could easily be added by window. Also, window would not close properly. Host did not take my question about this seriously.

Host is amazing and had left basic cleaning and laundry stuff in the apartment. Location is very close to the center
