3 bedroom apartment with stunning Guadalquivir views

Perfect location, view and comfortable for the family!

This apartment is located in Triana, opposite the busy city centre. The location was fantastic, on the promenade with many restaurants and bars. Only a 20min walk from the Seville cathedral. The apartment is spacious and has an excellent balcony with stunning view of the river, but it could do with some seating on the balcony.

Everything in the apartment is dated and falling apart and it is screaming for a renovation / in need of maintenance. The apartment can fit 6 people, however there are only 4 dining chairs. The beds, sofas and chairs are not comfortable to sit on. The toilet does not stop flushing so there is a constant noise throughout the apartment.

Simple, but large apartment. Comfy beds and pillows. Great location. Great view from the balconies.

Floors were dirty. The toilet flush did not work properly, you have to lift the lid and stop water running manually. The apartment has A|Cs in the bedrooms, but not in the living room or the rest of the house. It was cold in February, but not a big deal. Also, not a huge deal, but if you don't have data or access to internet on your cell phone, you might have a difficulty to enter the main door. You need to use the link on your phone to open the door while you are there.

Location is great aswell as apartment.

The shower was problematic, need to be restored.
