"Disappointing"

easy driving access to beach. Bedroom spacious.

The Den is in a converted hall inside a carpark. You can't walk anywhere as it is a very busy road. The area is quite industrial and not pretty at all. If we hadn't paid so much for 2 nights, we would have found alternative accommodation somewhere nicer.
