The Coach House -Charming 2 level cottage near beach and town

The property is located a 5 minute walk to the Harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. The property itself was clean and very comfortable. We liked the quirkiness of the house, the bathroom was great as was the downstairs shower. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. The patio doors and Juliette balcony were fabulous to have as we were very lucky with the weather.

There was a problem with a couple of things but Beth from the letting agency very quickly sorted them out. We were a little disappointed with the garden.

A lovely little property, really well positioned, and comfortable for a small family

The overall state of cleanliness and repair was average, it looked like a home that had been lived in rather than a luxury holiday home as it advertised. Everything looked well used, garden is cute but looked run down, a nice property but not luxury.

Absolutely beautiful little gem of a stay. Convenient location but so hidden away it feels like a cute secret house, so quirky inside also. Bath was lovely and bed was very comfortable.

The instructions could be a little more personalised to the property as it was not clear where to leave rubbish etc. Microwave and TV in the bedrooms would be an improvement. Also bed in main bedroom could be moved to the left a little as there is only a small gap to walk through to get to the right side of the bed.

Fabulous 2 bedroom house perfect for a family stay in Ramsgate. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, washing machine and steps away from cute vintage stores, a quaint pub and a convenience store or 8mins walk to supermarkets, harbour etc. we loved our stay here and were so grateful the owners replied immediately to our booking request after 5pm while we sat at the train station after our previously booked accommodation fell through upon arrival!

Nothing. Only comments to be aware of when booking is there is no microwave and the bed is a double, not queen, if that’s an issue for you.
