Pozytywy to świetny, szybki kontakt z właścicielką, pozytywne reakcje na nasze potrzeby. Do tego rozsądna cena, ale jak się wydaje związane jest to z minusami, o których również wspominam poniżej.
Z przykrością muszę uczciwie napisać o lokalizacji. Sama w sobie, w centrum starego miasta teoretycznie to dużą zaleta, ale jednak bliskość ulicy z prostytutkami i nocne hałasy od tej ulicy plus zapach moczu z ulicy były niestety poważnym minusem. Do tego poczucie, że nie jesteśmy w do końca bezpiecznym otoczeniu. Łazienka jest naprawdę malusieńka i dość niekomfortowa.
