Excellent space for the group, well equipped kitchen, well located for the area to explore.

Bit damp downstairs and no instructions for dehumidifier.

Number of rooms/beds for group of friends staying. Rooms light and airy, outside seating area and plenty of communal space.Modern, comfortable, decor.

Damp smell in the downstairs rooms, despite dehumidifier. Small sized bath towels. Mattresses on beds too soft No glass tumblers only prosecco/wine glasses in.the kitchen

Lovely spacious house, nicely furnished to give that cozy feel.

The only slight issue is the lack of parking. Not a problem when it is dry, because there is a free car park about 200m away, but as it often rains in Snowdonia, then can be slightly annoying when trying to load/unload.

Gorgeous house in a lovely village. Great walks from the door and a lovely table to sit around and eat together afterwards. Everything was very straightforward.

House layout was great - very comfortable.

The location and size of the property was great and worked well for a family gathering.

The pictures presented quite a high spec and we found the house to be quite tired looking, damp and quite a few items broken.

The property is really spacious and beautifully done.

The bath was unusable as the plug didn’t work, and all of the mattresses on the extra large double beds were very saggy and noisy.
