WiFi wasn’t working properly and hot shower wasn’t working freezing cold

It was nice and small

No hot water so don’t expect to have a shower.

The space was clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location—close to Peterborough city centre, with plenty of parking and easy access to the building.

I stayed in Room 1 for a business trip, and while there were some positives, my experience was quite disappointing overall. Before arriving, I requested for the sofa bed to be set up, as I was supposed to be sharing the space with a colleague. This was confirmed, but when I got there, the sofa bed hadn’t been prepared. In the end, it didn’t matter since my colleague couldn’t make the trip, but if they had, it would have been a real issue—especially since there was only a quilt in the cupboard with no covers, so we wouldn’t have been able to set it up ourselves. There were also a few other problems. One of the two pillows was so lumpy it was unusable, the fire alarm batteries needed changing and kept beeping every 30 seconds, and there was no warm water in the shower or sinks. If I needed to turn on a boiler or adjust something, there were no instructions, so I had no idea how to fix it. These things made the stay uncomfortable, and since I was there for work, I didn’t have time to chase anyone up about it. At the end of the day, the main reason for booking a living space is to get a good night’s sleep and have working facilities, which unfortunately wasn’t the case here. Hopefully, these things get sorted for future guests.
