la stanza era davvero bella, spaziosa e arredata con gusto, assolutamente all’altezza del prezzo e delle recensioni positive. Anche il ragazzo al telefono è stato molto gentile.

la pulizia è stata semplicemente inaccettabile. Abbiamo trovato peli nel letto, lenzuola macchiate di liquidi indefiniti, asciugamani sporchi e persino un chewing-gum lasciato dalla donna delle pulizie. Per una “luxury suite” è vergognoso presentare una camera in queste condizioni. La gentilezza del personale, per quanto apprezzata, non può compensare la totale mancanza di igiene, che ha rovinato completamente l’esperienza.
