It is our second time in this apartment! The owner is very responsive and took care of our needs. The apartment is very confortable and the kitchen well equipped. You are 1 min from the beach and there are small shops and restaurants where you can get everything by the apartment. The open air market is in the Medina and a 15 min walk. Totally recommend it!

Saadia, this is my response to your comment, which is full of inaccuracies. Let me clarify them one by one: 1. Payment via Booking: I never refused to book through Booking. I clearly informed you that I forgot to add one day to my reservation and wanted to cancel so I could rebook with the additional day. You agreed that I could pay the remaining day directly to the cleaner. However, you later changed your stance and threatened that I had to pay before 11:00, or I wouldn’t get the extra day. How is this my fault when I tried to arrange it with you from the start? 2. Toilet paper: Your Booking listing states that toilet paper is provided, which wasn’t true. I wasn’t asking for charity but for my right, especially since I rented the apartment for 8 days. Two rolls are insufficient for that duration. When I politely requested more, you refused. How can you claim you made an exception and provided extra rolls? This is a clear misrepresentation. 3. Late check-out: I never requested a late check-out. The cleaner told me the latest check-out time was 12:00, and I adhered to that. Why are you falsely claiming I benefited from a free late check-out? Other issues: I didn’t initially want to mention the other negatives, but due to your arrogance and dishonesty in your comment, I feel it’s necessary: -The sink was clogged for the entire 8 days, and water wouldn’t drain. -The oven was dirty, emitted a bad smell, and then, along with the fridge, stopped working due to a fault that took a full day to fix. -Hygiene products, such as shampoo and dish soap, were all empty and served merely as decoration. -The kitchen faucet was broken and impractical to use. Instead of defending yourself with lies, it would have been better to apologize and fix your mistakes. Guests have every right to demand the services you promised, but your arrogant and unprofessional attitude is why you received this review.

The owner of the house was very arrogant and unhelpful. We added an extra day to our stay, and when it came to paying, she was extremely strict. She demanded to receive the money by 11:00, otherwise, she wouldn’t add the extra day, as if we would steal or run away. She also refused to give us extra toilet paper, leaving only one roll and telling us we had to buy it ourselves. Due to her arrogant behavior, I lowered all my ratings

Property has all you need, with seamless check-in and check-out experience. It's located 1 min. from the beach promenade and 15 min. walking distance from the Old town. We couldn't have picked a better location for our needs. Our family was in Essaouira for kitesurfing; however, the wind was not strong and we simply ended up with 11 days of pure joy sinking in the local magic, falling in love with guaranteed sunset spectacles, amazing food, and authentic culture.

Internet needs improvement but this is a common service provider issue.

A wonderful apartment by the sea! Very well-equipped, cozy, and clean. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big thank you to the host – such a friendly and kind woman who made sure we felt at home. The location is perfect, especially for those who want to be close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Location was great and calm, close to everything Nice modern apartment with a nice touch of the Essaouira vibe. Definitely recommend !
