DEThe host was incredibly great to work with! Super responsive and was easy to reach through whatsapp. The building is older; but the room is spacious, clean, and had basic amenities (electric kettle, fridge, towels & soap) The apartment room is located: 2 minutes from a playground, 8 minutes from the main square and a 15 minute walk to historic "Sassi di Matera". Making it a perfect spot for families.

AUGreat for a short stay in Matera. The old town and sights are a walkable distance from the property. Thankfully, we were able to drop our bags off early, as the check-in time was very late. There was a miscommunication between the host and the keys, but it was resolved very quickly.
Very late check-in time. There were three couches in the accommodation which was a bit random. A table would have been nice.

AUThe host is fantastic and super quick with replies to questions. Location is fabulous. Clean linen and towels changed after five days. We stayed ten. Easy check in as Massimo gives great instructions. Bathroom is excellent
Bed has a spring mattress. It was ok but a topper would be a great idea.
