"Madrid Top, Lage Top, Wohnung funktional und zeitgemäß."

Die Lage. Gepflegte Einrichtung. Kühles, angenehmes Raumklima. Netter Umgang mit dem Vermieter. Umliegend viele tolle Restaurants und Cafés und der Mercado de San Miguel.

Erdgeschoss, kein großartigen Ausblick, etwas dunkel.

"Good location, nice owner, noisy, basement in the living room"

The location is great, it is clean and the owner is nice. Heating is great.

This apartment has a big flaw which is not in the photos. There is a basement in the living room. So behind the couch where you should sleep there are stairs and the basement. I have never seen anything like that. And photos don't show it. It is very noisy, both from the street and from the apartment next door. Like sleeping in the street.
