Great location, awesome terrace and good size for a family of 4

Very small and not like shown in pics .. very tight and owner was not friendly .. very tough for someone with big bags with carrying it too high up the stairs

ONLY the location.

1. Extremely poor cleanliness. Upon arrival, toilet bowls were repulsively filthy. Showers had hair on the floor (hygiene hazard). Bedsheets appeared wrinkled and possibly used. Floors and furniture had dirt stains. Dust everywhere. Pigeon feces on the main entrance staircase. 2. Kitchenette was unhygienic. Cabinets filled with dirty cleaning tools, leftover paint cans, used sponge and detergent. Stove was old and dirty. 3. Potential safety risks. No staircase balustrades. Very low ceiling / edges above the stairs to the terrace. Decoration elements not properly fixed/secured (long wooden window protector which fell on us). Wooden fish missing (exposed metallic rod). 4. Extremely poor maintenance. Chipped paint, damaged furniture, doors, floors and walls, and sockets hanging loose. 5. Top-floor room smelled of pigeons when A/C was off. Curtain missing. Internal curtain rod broken, one fell on us. WC and shower in separate cramped spaces. Shower had no fan or lighting, and there was a rusted metallic rod on the wall (safety hazard). 6. Bed frames were smaller than mattresses, causing discomfort. One bed shoved into a wall dent, shortening it—feet hung off the edge. 7. Ground-floor bedroom had two old IKEA clamp lamps (one not working). 8. The terrace was dirty. Next to the main area there were abandoned/old things (mops, chairs, rugs, cables etc.). 9. Lack of accountability and poor business ethics by the management, leaves the customer feeling scammed. The manager (Niko) claimed ignorance, saying that he is not on the island and we should call the cleaners. His local assistant (Viky) texted us that more or less all is good and did not follow up (disappeared). Clearly this property does not meet basic tourist accommodation standards. The local tourist and health authorities may need to inspect this property.
