Cosy Holiday retreat in the heart of Old Cromwell!

Great location, being able to make a cuppa on arrival (some milk in fridge, teabags provided), warm house, prime & Netflix, cards against humanity, lovely beds. Good kitchen cooking facilities, lovely aesthetics, comfortable modern, a good very practical info welcome book explaining lots useful things - attractions, distance to food/supermarkets etc.

The house is amazing, the interior is so homey and comfy. Location is handy, makes getting to town and the historic precinct so easy.

It would be good if there's a bigger dining table inside, it rained when we arrived, so there were quite a few creepy crawly about and we didn't feel comfortable to sit at the outdoor dining table for dinner.

The place was really homey. The beds were very comfortable. There were toys that kept my kids busy. Kitchen was well equipped. The wifi was also strong and they had netflix which was a bonus. Our stay gave us good rest during our long travel in the south.

There weren't enough rubbish bins, only the one in the kitchen. Some amenities like dishwashing tablet and laundry soap were not available (only 1 dishwashing tablet for our 3 day 2 night stay for group of 6). Also, it would help putting clear instructions on how to open the garage door (not everyone knows how to operate an automatic one). The Lyons were lovely all in all but needs to up the communication with their rentors as it took them a whole day to reply to me.

Very comfortable retreat, lovely decor with shady outdoor area and loved the apricots off the tree!
