Excellent Location: Very clean apartment, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and incredibly close to the bus station and all local amenities. Fully Equipped: The kitchen is fantastic and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Flexible Check-in: Once arranged, the host smoothly allowed an early check-in with no extra fees or issues. Helpful Host: When the host does reply, they are very polite and cooperative.

Poor Communication: The host is very difficult to reach. I sent an early check-in request 3 days in advance with no reply through Booking.com. Stressful Check-in Process: Check-in instructions weren't sent even the day before arrival. I actually had to contact Booking.com customer service, who had to intervene and contact the host for me. Navigation Issues: There was no sign or number "3" on the apartment door as stated in the instructions, and the main front building door is often quite difficult to unlock/open. Small Bedroom Issues: The bedding in the smaller room is very uncomfortable and squeaks loudly with any movement. The pillows are also of poor quality. Additionally, this room gets a lot of street noise from the motorcycle parking and garbage bins directly underneath. Main Bedroom Maintenance: The bed frame in the larger room moves away from the wall and likely needs to be securely fixed to it.

Un apartamento sencillo pero bien surtido, se nota que han pensado bien en las necesidades de los huéspedes. Contaba con toallas, secador de pelo, lavadora, tendedero, básicos de cocina (menaje, ollas, tostador, microondas, etc.) y te dejaban esas típicas cosas básicas que uno no se suele llevar (como detergente para los platos, jabón de manos, bolsa de basura extra, sal, etc.). Las camas eran cómodas, estaba todo muy limpio, la ducha tenía muy buena presión y en general estuvimos muy cómodos.

Se oía un poco a los vecinos y ruidos de la calle, ya que las ventanas eran muy finas, aunque tampoco interrumpió mucho nuestro descanso porque la zona es tranquila. Tuvimos algún problemilla con las cerraduras: la puerta de entrada se abría sola, así que teníamos que estar atentos a cerrarla con pestillo siempre que estuviéramos en la casa. Y por otro lado, la cerradura de la puerta del portal a la calle no funcionaba bien y teníamos que estar bastante rato manipulando con la llave para poder abrir.

The apartment is all white, clean. The furniture is new, there is everything you need in the kitchen, air conditioning, fans and a washing machine. The location in the center is convenient - very close to the central beach and shops, cafes.

The soundproofing is terrible. You can hear between the rooms, but the worst thing is that you can hear everything from all the windows facing the street, where there are single beds - a bar and a motorcycle parking lot under the window. The garbage truck comes to collect the garbage every day at 4 am, and you can't help but hear it. Keep this in mind, we bought earplugs to minimize the noise, but it doesn't have to be this way.

Location is perfect, right in the center. The apartment was very clean. Host was very nice and responded very quickly to any questions we had.

It can get quite noisy when the windows are opened, being in a central area. Also, no AC just a couple fans available. And it was quite hard to find a parking space since it was middle of the season. However, I would certainly return here since these inconveniences are not in any way a deal breaker for me.
