"Found a gem!"

Beautiful large house in quiet suburban road with pretty garden. Great lounge dining room and conservatory. Lovely village setting close to shops pubs and takeaways. Close to Lincoln. Accessible by public transport.

Internet connection was patchy especially loading TV iplayer and utube.

It was very clean and well located but I personally struggled with the fact it was someone’s home . There were clothes in the wardrobes and granny china cabinets . The top shelf of the fridge had food that was the owners . The rooms were too small for number of beds and there was only one shower and a tiny sink . The sofa was very uncomfortable . The heating wasn’t set to come on and was confusing to boost . The owner had made a big effort to make it very clean and organised but for me personally the house felt to personal plus locked rooms disturbed me

Beautiful large property, very comfortable, well maintained and had everything you could possibly need. Lovely location with easy walk to village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay visiting family nearby and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The double bed wasn't as comfortable as the single one in the front bedroom

A fantastic house in a brilliant location. Everything that you could need for a stay was there, the village is beautiful with good local pubs within walking distance and Lincoln is only a 10min drive away

We loved the spotlessly clean open space throughout the house. Everything you could possibly need to hand. Well equipped kitchen and beautiful private garden. The added bonus of a downstairs loo, which wasn't mentioned on the original write up. Very quiet area too.
