Atelier by Kozystay - Artistic Villa in Sanur

A wonderful villa with a beautiful pool. Ideal for a family. There were 7 of us. Location gave us the feel of a Bali village and was a close walk to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Our host (Annisa) was very helpful.

No hot water in the kitchen but they are going to fix.

Annisa who looked after us couldn't have been nicer. She arranged a chef for breakfast every day, plus mani / pedi and massage. The pool area of the villa is really great for families and it is just a short walk to the shops and a few restaurants.

Not a dislike, just a comment about the layout. The two smaller rooms are quite a lot smaller, so it is two master bedrooms and two smaller double rooms. They're really nice, but the other side of the pool from the Masters, which isn't ideal if you have smaller kids and need to get up in the night. If your kids are older, they'll love it!

The villa was roomy. If you have friends to invite for dinner and hang out. This villa is the best for gathering.

The pool and living area was stunning and the photos don't do it justice when you see it for real

A little further than we thought to the main beachfront area with young children, but ok with the pushchair. This would in no way put us off revisiting and was only a very minor issue

Space and location

Should have had more rubbish bin in the bed rooms, one master bedroom does not have closet or cloth drawers and because the two master bedrooms have glass wall and doors, too much light for someone waking up late.

The villa is extremely stylish, modern and sleek. Chintya, our host was very responsive and welcoming. The pool is a great size and the beds very comfortable. Lots of seating in the central area to soak up some sun. Location is good, just a short walk from the beachfront and Main Street.

We unfortunately had an issue with the water supply. We had been informed some work was done in one of the bathrooms and the plumber obviously forgot to turn the water back on. I eventually found and figured out the plumbing system but on our second night we ran out of water again. Seemed to be a pump or pressure switch issue. Ongoing projects local to the villa can make things a little noisy. Would have expected a welcome fruit bowl or bottle of wine

Our stay at this villa was fantastic. The property is just as stunning as the pictures show. The staff, along with the villa agent Anissa, provided exceptional service, making us feel very welcomed. We hired a chef for breakfast, which added a delightful touch to our mornings. The villa has a large, inviting pool, four spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and five well-appointed bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is huge, and everything was amazing. It's just a 10-minute walk to the beach, and luxurious five-star hotels like the Hyatt and Andaz are literally a stone's throw away. The location is excellent. Highly recommended!

Master bedroom has the morning sun maybe they can replace the blinds to a black out ones.

Loved this villa, it was beautiful and really had everything we needed during our stay. I will definitely be recommending this villa and hopefully get back in the not to distance future. The best part was the host Annisa, she made everything so easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated everything she did in making our stay so memorable.

Cant complain about anything.

This property has a wow factor the minute you walk in. What you see is what you get. It’s in a great location with only a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I can’t emphasise the amount of space that there is to relax in the villa. The pool is also a great size. We arrived later than expected but were still greeted by the most amazing staff. Annisa our host was absolutely lovely and always on hand to answer any questions we had and Iluh did an exceptional job with our cleaning. We would not hesitate to recommend and return here

N/a - nothing to dislike

It is a very big villa with open kitchen and living room. There are enough place and many zones for resting. Villa is clean and staff was very responsive to our requests. It is situated not so far from beach and has good infrastructure around.

The pool is very deep and doesn’t, have any zone for kids.
