I do recommend Betty and her apartment. She is a very caring and lovely person, ready to help. Her apartment is tiny, cosy and clean, ideal for any couple to spend weekend or more days in Budapest. It is close to the centre, with a lot of pubs, restaurants, bar nearby by walk. The atmosphere of the aparment is amazing and welcoming to spend beautiful moments with your partner :)..

Bed-sheet was quite worn, some areas were slightly dusty but not unclean.

"Central and unique apartment, well looked after by the host"

Really clean and tidy apartment with many facilities provided such as aircon, hairdryer, microwave, iron & ironing board, coffee machine, Netflix, basic cooking equipment, etc. We called Betty for help to get into the apartment (as where we are from we are not used to the type of key pad for the apartment), and she picked up very quickly and was extremely helpful and friendly at explaining this to us which we were very grateful for. Unique apartment in terms of the ladder and the balcony-style bedroom which was fun to experience. The apartment is very central and is about a 30-40 minute walk to the Elizabeth Bridge that leads to the Buda side of the city which was great meaning we never had to take public transport (but if you did decide to take the bus there are various bus stops close by). It's also very close to a SPAR and Lidl supermarket making it an easy quick walk to get groceries. Thank you Betty :)

The ceiling for the bedroom part is very low (which isn't necessarily a fault as this is part of the structure of the apartment, just something to make people aware of). Only some minor critiques: The bedding could have been softer as I found the mattress cover a little bobbly. The sofa was quite hard and not the most comfortable. I also found the hob for the cooker was quite weak and took a while to heat up.
