A localização.

A sujidade na casa, nomeadamente, uma beata e cinza no chão logo à chegada a casa, o lixo (pó) no chão, a placa da cozinha suja de gordura (nunca a usamos durante a estadia); péssimos acabamentos nas paredes; puxadores das portas dos quartos e casas de banho estragados e colados com fita cola, papel de parede nas casas de banho rasgados e com reboco à vista; lavatório do quarto principal partido; degrau de entrada perigoso sem proteção e degradado (um dos hóspedes cortou-se num pé); a ombreira da porta do quarto principal estava arrancada; ainda, a porta de entrada apenas abria ou fechava com chave.

"Suitable stay with parking, when visiting the city"

The ease of check in, communication with Nuno (our host), TV with access to watch the Olympics, ample towels, free parking closeby, sufficient space for our family.

No bed or pillow protection covers (the pillows smelt dirty), no fitted sheets (duvet covers or flat sheets were used so the mattress was exposed in the night), zero ventilation within the house and unfortunately there was a construction site across the road so the noise of building started early. 2/3 fans were working and one of the bedroom lamps was broken and there was a large hole in the ceiling above the shower, where I imagine the ventilation fan was. I am sure once these aspects are addressed, the accommodation would be better.

Carlos as a Host was very helpful( speaks English) and the Entry via code was easy.

Areas that have potential for improvement, 1- Mould in bathroom ground floor, Bedroom 1st Floor, Entrance Hall, pseudo balcony with mould and spider webs.. 2- flimsy Entrance door, Steep Stairs to the first floor 3- Bathroom 1st Floor (no bathing curtains - Water on the floor) - Very Tiny bathrooms 4- lacking Kitchen utensils and only 2 heating ovens working out of 4 + Rusty toaster 5- Bed cover torn 6- Public parking opposit a park / construction site - so getting a spot was a challenging
