"Estafa"

Estafa, te indican una hora de checkin tarde 1700 adicional con vencimiento de tiempo a las 2000, su dirección no existe, intente comunicarme con el alojamiento cuando no los encontré y solo hasta las 1700 comenzaron a responder y ahí inicio el resto de la estafa, te piden pagar una fianza para darte la dirección y te envían un link qué deja el pago en proceso por lo que justifican no darte la dirección, así me dejaron hasta las 2030 incluso con el soporte de booking en línea con ellos una vez cumplida esa hora dicen que ya no aceptan el checkin y reportaron que no me presenté y con eso se robaron la plata del hospedaje de toda mi familia sumado a esto unas horas después aceptan el pago de la fianza con lo que completan el robo y booking hasta el momento no me ha solucionado

Son unos estafadores

"Pésimo anfitrión me dejó en la calle con mi Flia."

Nunca logré que me informaran el piso ni me enviaron las coordenadas de la llave de acceso. Desde 3 días antes quise contactar al anfitrión por telefono y Whatsapp y nunca respondió. Pesima experiencia cuidado!!!

"A FRAUDULENT AD | STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT AD! Despite making the reservation, they answered neither my calls nor my text messages via Booking.com within the stated check-in hours, making it impossible for me to check-in, the proofs are on the photos. In the end, they did not indemnify the reservation fee despite not providing the service. Be careful, do not book this apartment!
