GBFantastic location and only 10 minute walk from station. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Delighted with very prompt and friendly response to a problem we had with air conditioning controls.
Very small points really - waste paper bins and soap holders in bathrooms would be helpful. The stairs were very steep and carrying luggage wasn’t easy but in fairness the apartment info had mentioned this.

CAGBLocation convenient for city and for train. Apartment was well equipped for eating. Comfortable sofas. Decor well suited to age and style of building. Appreciated little touches like soap and toiletries. Host welcomed us and also dealt promptly with some minor issues re blinds and air conditioning. She was friendly and efficient.
Disappointing not to have a third shower room as all three of us gained the impression from the online information that there were three. We were unaware of the very steep stairs for access to the apartment and the third bedroom. Not a problem for us as we are fairly fit but could be for some guests. We felt cold at night and would have appreciated a blanket or throw for the bed. A large scale map of Lucca would have been useful.
USBeautiful, quiet close to everything, 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a half bath in the common area.
The AC could have been stronger.
