Proximity to shopping and public transport. Spacious room. Fairly well equipped kitchenette. Pleasant front desk manager. Nice size bathroom and sitting area, and fridge.

Had to scrub the walls in every room to make it feel decent for me to face it! Also had to request a change of bedding which had not been done. The common stairs and entrance were filthy. Had to request that they be mopped, which happened on my last 3 days there. Cleaned needs to be told to do this. ( The linen must be replaced, had to refuse several offers if dingy not great smelling sheets and duvet covers ) no excuse, India is the land of linen. Silverware left about to be desired. 3 pieces were actually descent silver ware, rest were like baby forks and knives
