stanza puzzava di chiuso ed era umida acqua calda usciva in maniera limitata

buona posizione, bello l’arredamento, soprattutto per le luci

Migliorerei la pulizia del bagno, c’erano dei capelli nella doccia (soprattutto attaccati allo scarico, non molto belli da vedere e poi facevano da tappo, quindi l’acqua scendeva male) e sul pavimento. Migliorerei anche il condizionatore. Metterei piú asciugamani o almeno una lavatrice per lavarli siccome si sporcano e in 6 giorni non è stato comodissimo. Per ultima cosa, non essendo la struttura dotata di un giardino/balcone, è stato difficile asciugare la roba umida, siccome non è nemmeno dotata di un ampia finestra, quindi cercherei una soluzione per chi deve asciugare delle cose.

Accoglienza clienti impeccabile , disponibilità e cordialità La stanza era ben attrezzata, aria condizionata funzionante La posizione è impeccabile . Se dovessimo ritornare Sarà sicuramente la nostra prima opzione .

Visto che erano due notti per due persone dovevano esserci almeno due teli doccia in piu e le capsule per il caffè. Per il resto tutto ok

You can’t beat the location. The space is cute and gives you everything you need, just enough space to relax but so much that you get too comfortable that you get stuck in doors.

Great location, very close to the city center. Well-designed and nicely furnished room, including a small but practical kitchenette.

Very strong musty smell throughout the apartment, probably due to the lack of proper ventilation or Windows. The wooden floor in the shower is rotten and contributes to the unpleasant smell. Shower drain was completely clogged — i had to clean a large amount of hair myself. Before check-in, you're required to complete an online registration form, including uploading a photo of your passport and a selfie holding it. In all my years of traveling — including several months in Italy — I’ve never encountered such a request. On top of that, you also need to sign a contract that feels more suited for buying the apartment than just staying for a night or two. Honestly, it felt a bit excessive

Great location. The room.was vefy clean. The owner was very helpful.

The water boiler was very small.and it was leaking. The room.was dark, but for 2 days that was not a real.pronlem.
