Access to the beach

Waiting for the gates to open to drive-through to park. But appreciate the Security.

The location was close to many restaurants and Walgreens. Being next to the airport it was a little noisy and car traffic with loud radios very late into the night might bother some people. The unit was very clean and safe. It was very cold in the room because you could not adjust the thermostat and several outlets did not work. It would also have been nice to have more than one key because we were 2 couples and the key and fob were required to get in and out of all of the doors so it was sometimes a little challenging if we all didn't want to do the same things all of the time, or if we wanted to be at the beach at separate times. The price seemed reasonable. Check in and out was very easy and the security staff were very nice and helpful

Pots n pans weren't to clean. Saw a few roaches when we got there dead and alive

Location was a plus, steps from beach, food, and Walgreens. Very nice view and amenities. Apartment provided pretty much everything needed for a beach vacation (beach chairs, coolers). Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils. Security excellent.

Wish we had access to the gym. Pictures on site not exactly like room but close so not a deal breaker. Wish we had 2 blue fobs for access so older kids could explore more on their own, but it was explained why we only had one, so we made it work. Thought we had ocean view but view of city was nice and we could see what was going on nearby from the balcony. Thought we had washer in room but property had coin washer and dryers on main level, but need to make sure you get quarters from security or elsewhere. If laundry room is closed, there is no place nearby on foot.

We had a fantastic time at this property! The host was incredibly friendly and supportive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The place is charming, cozy, and impeccably clean, with comfortable furniture that makes us feel right at home. The building's waterfront location is a major highlight, and the wonderful pool adds to the experience. Everything was conveniently close, from the beach and restaurants to entertainment options. The airport is just 8 minutes away, and Old San Juan is only a 15-minute drive. A beautiful place in a perfect location!
