2 Dog Friendly Private Cozy Room in Leadville

The community kitchen was great. Very clean and easy to prepare a quick breakfast. There were bottles of water and cans of sparkling water in the fridge. A cute little welcome pack was provided with essentials like sun screen, lotion, chapstick, etc. That was an unexpected surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our stay in Leadville. Also enjoyed the added touch of chirping birds from the speaker upon our arrival.

Nice environment, clean and unique. Had birds chirping from the speaker in the room when we entered. That was a nice touch :)

Hosts make an obvious effort to make your stay good

Impersonal- no staff interaction at all. The facilities are pretty minimal and a bit worn. Odd decor. The memory foam mattress and pillows didn’t work for me. Room door is only 30 feet from the Main Street through town. Parking is compromised by the 15 4 wheelers from the neighboring business that share h the space.

Crappy pillows, cheap towels, no air conditioner.

Great communication with the owners. Place was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. It was a bit small for 2 adults and a dog but we were only there 1 night. Great location since we were doing the leadville railroad. There was a nice little bag that had sunscreen, mouthwash, toothpaste, lip balm If we ever come back to leadville we will book again.
