The price, at first.

On the third day of our seven day stay the toilet backed up overnight. I was at work but my family awoke to the room being drenched about an inch deep in blackwater. The staff took almost an entire day to relocate them to a new room. Upon relocation they find themselves in a room someone had just been kicked out of moments before, which was absolutely filthy .. I got there and we left that hotel. I would like the other four days of my stay refunded

I unfortunately don't really have anything good to say about this place. The bed was pretty comfortable? And there was a table, which was handy. I guess that's it.

This place is extremely overpriced for what it is (old and run down, loud and dirty). I wasn't expecting luxury for the price, but this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. To keep it as short as possible, here is a list of issues (many of which could easily be improved): - Room smelled awful - smelled like cigarette smoke. - TV remote didn't work. TV also kept randomly turning itself on, had to unplug it. - Lights are on a timer and just turn themselves off every half hour or so, it's super annoying. - No lights by the bed. Room is extremely dark and you can't really open the curtains as there are always people right outside. - No plugs anywhere near the bed to charge things. - Initially no fridge or microwave (the reason I had booked this place). They did bring them to the room after I asked about them, but the microwave was so rusty and stinky. - Rubbish in the corners of the room and gum stuck to the floor. - No blanket or duvet on the bed, only a sheet. Had to keep the heat on really high to stay warm at night. - The place is right under the landing path for Ontario Airport, so it feels like jets are plowing through your room at 5am. - Dodgy clientele. Clearly a lot of illegal dealings going on outside. A lot of noise too, people yelling and music and stuff. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. - Bathroom sink only had cold water. - Shower just randomly turned ice cold while I was washing my hair. - Towels had black marks all over them. - Room just generally run down (paint peeling, railings missing, etc). - Not a major, but would be good if they could at least empty the rubbish and bring more toilet paper if you are there more than two nights. I don't think the room needs to be serviced daily or anything, but just taking out the rubbish would be good. - Also keep in mind that there is no coffee machine and the vending machines suck. -Wifi signal was patchy and often dropped out.

Nothing.

This place is bad. The dumpster was full of garbage. The room looked it was well put together but the bathroom was hella gross. There was hair all over the floor and tub, black scrum around the tub, the tub was clog seem like I was bathing and not showering.
