Good spot for the wedding we were attending meant we could all be together. Lovely set up holiday let. And appreciated the prosecco nice touch

No toilet rolls in toilets

Spacious and clean. Bathrooms are high standard and large bedrooms.Plenty of space for 4 adults, we thought it a good base for a wedding in nearby Scorton.

The car park entrance needs tidying up, overflowing bins and litter everywhere does not give a welcoming first impression and definitely lets the place down. Clearer sign posting about where to park for the apartments would help.

A little difficult to find and the car park was unkempt and scruffy with lots of litter - but it had been windy so the bins may have lost some contents

Excellent accommodation, very spacious and well appointed. Two very large bedrooms and the en-suite even had a sauna. Lovely courtyard to sit and relax and the owner was very approachable and helpful. Easy to go to Lancaster, Garstang and the Trough of Bowland and 30 minutes to the Lakes. Would we stay again? Absolutely !!

All rooms were huge, and everywhere did feel luxurious. Care has definitely been taken on the look and feel with really good quality furniture etc.

We would have preferred a dishwasher to a washing machine, and a drainer to the sink would have been helpful, but they really are small points. With a daughter looking to start university in Lancaster next year, we will no doubt be staying again, and look forward to doing so :-)

The size of the apartment it was huge

It was clean, comfortable, stylish, well equipped, we really felt at home, and the welcome bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch.

There was nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect
