Un risveglio in rima, Foscolo a Trieste

Bellissimo appartamento in una zona servita da mezzi pubblici e comoda per le escursioni. L'host gentilissimo e molto attento ai particolari: arredamento moderno e ben curato, accessori nuovi e funzionali (piatti, tazzine, TV, macchina per il caffè, ecc). Velocissimo nella comunicazione e sempre presente. La convenzione con il bar sottostante permette di potersi gestire al meglio per la colazione. Sicuramente un appartamento da consigliare per brevi e lunghe vacanze. Se di ritorno a Trieste certamente lo sceglieremo ancora.

Niente, tutto bene

Posizione comoda alla stazione centrale, raggiungibile con un paio di fermate di autobus, o anche a piedi. La piazzetta mi ricorda una di quelle tipiche francesi, con la chiesa vicina. Molti negozi e supermercati vicini. Appartamento molto grande e accogliente.

Perfect localization close to city centre, a lot of bus had close bus stop, some supermarkets were nearby, apartment was big, modern, close to perfect, bed was really comfortable, u will find everything what u need. WI-FI was fast, separated kitchen was fine for few days, u had washing machine in bathroom , apartment was really clean inside. Flexible check-in was also good, because we had to came really late from airport trieste in 1st night. According to localization apartment was also silent, maybe only close church was a bit loud in living room. My girlfriend likes apartment too ;)

Breakfast was too small for adult men, u will probably need buy something addicional. The stairwell smelled of cigarettes.

Die Lage des Apartments ist ruhig, obwohl es direkt an einer Kirche liegt. Im Haus war es auch ruhig, man hat kaum etwas gehört von anderen Bewohnern. Da wir auf einer Radtour hier Station gemacht haben, war es für uns ganz besonders angenehm, dass wir eine Waschmaschine benutzen konnten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, wir haben sie allerdings nicht benutzt.

Die ruhige aber zentrale Lage an einem schönen Kirchplatz mit toller Bäckerei ,in der auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird,.und Lokalen. Alternativ zum kostenfreien "vorm Haus" Parkplatz ein günstiges Parkhaus . Gut aufgeteilte Wohnung mit Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer.

Wir haben die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen genutzt, doch war's schade dass wir abends kein deutsches Fernsehen schauen konnten.

Bardzo duże mieszkanie. Czysto. Wyposażenie- wszystko czego potrzeba. Dostępny wiatrak i coś jak mały klimatyzator, dzięki czemu udało się obniżyć temperaturę w mieszkaniu. Odbiór kluczy łatwy. Kontakt z właścicielem -ok. Do centrum jeździliśmy autem,ale chyba dość blisko. Śniadania w pobliskiej piekarni- do wyboru kawa/sok/crossaint/mini pizza dla każdej z osób na każdy dzień. Świetny plac zabaw nad parkingiem!!

Z komentarzy wydawało mi się,że jest bezpłatny parking- jak ktoś ma ogromne szczęście to może taki znajdzie na ulicy,ale bardzo o to trudno. Garaż,który oferuje właściciel to extra 17eur/dzień, co się nie opłaca jeśli w ciągu dnia używa się auta. Blisko jest parking, który kosztuje 0,5eur/1h a od 19 do 7 rano 0,25eur/1h.

Das Check In war sehr einfach, Rückfragen werden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet, es gabe eine Klimaanlage fürs Schlafzimmer. Die Lage mit Blick auf die Kirche und einen belebten Platz mit 2 Cafés zwischen der Stadt Triest und Barcola hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Im Badezimmer roch es stark nach Rauch durch die Lüftung (die aber immer läuft mit dem Licht), die Dusche ist sehr klein, die Matratze ist wie eine Hängematte. Als Frühstück kann man in dem Cafe nur zwischen Croissants oder Pizza Margarita wählen.

Geschmackvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
