Cozy Updated 3-BR apartment near Peace Bridge

Only one bathroom!

Everything is nice and clean as you see in the pictures. Carlos did our stay perfect smooth and easy, he was very friendly and help with all our answers .

Elegant apartment, fully equipped and very clean! Really recommended

Our host, Carlos, was wonderful. The house was stocked with more than we needed or expected. The location was really good for the Garden Tours and other places we came to see. Off street parking was very helpful.

My only disappointment was that the house is advertised as 3 bedrooms but the 3rd bedroom is really just a small room with a roll out mattress. Luckily one of our companions had to cancel so we had plenty of room to sleep 3 people. A 4th person would have been less comfortable. Might consider a couch that provides an additional full size bed. I was afraid having only one full bath might be a problem but with the half bath downstairs we managed just fine.

The host was very nice and ready to help. Plenty of necesities like towels, bath necesities... etc

The house is probably old and despite of owner care, there is an unpleasant humidity smell in the upper rooms.

Comfort, kindness of host

very comfortable town house fully equipet with everting you need for family stay, free parking. Carlos the host was great we arrived very late - he was there to help great location in between Niagara falles and the airport

With a fully equipped kitchen, we made our own breakfast, then went out for the rest of the day. Location was near to many grocery stores and/or restaurants.

There were a few items that we noticed to Carlos that would make the home more accomodating. He was happy to address the recommendations.
