Look over Nature, Pool Home Near Disney Parks

I liked nothing about this property this was a horrible experience I was told that some of the money that I spent would be reimburse to me due to my awful experience the advertise pictures is not what I vacation in the linen was dirty the walls was stained and I was not confortable with sitting on the chairs, the secondary room flooded I was told that the property owner was warned about renting the property out under these circumstances, and I wasn't refunded a dime only 86 points

There is a shortage of equipment such as plates, cups, pots and pans, missing kitchen towels and small bath towels

Nice house. Plenty of room. Good location.

Few broken things. Light bulbs out. Back door wouldn't lock. Broken cords on tv roku box. Pool was dirty. Carpets were Light colored and stained. Light colored couches were stained. Could used fresh paint.

Good location. Excellent pool and clubhouse with gym in a gated community. Staff/ Management Company for major issues were excellent.

Wasn’t South facing so didn’t get the sun - so we preferred 5 minute walk to communal pool. Quite dingy inside the main lounge area. Had issues with heating and internet not working on day 1. However the response from Management Company on these issues was exceptional and both issues resolved with 24 hours!!! Also involved external 3rd parties having to visit to resolve major issues and replace router etc. More minor issue such as fixing one of fence panels in pool area didn’t get done.

The property was in very poor condition and did not match the photos. It looked neglected, unclean, and the surrounding area also felt rundown and unsafe. Overall, it was not suitable for a family stay.

The property was in very poor condition and clearly lacked maintenance. There was excessive humidity inside, insects throughout the house, burned-out lights, and no clear place to dispose of trash. The home appeared neglected and almost abandoned, and the surrounding area was also very run-down. It did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or comfort for a family stay.

What we liked about this property was that it was in a gated community.

When we first arrived the WiFi was not working therefore we could not access the televisions. I called the number provided and left voicemail to no avail. I contacted booking.com and they responded within a timely manner and resolved the issue. Secondly the pots on the kitchen were old and rusted and could not used to make a decent breakfast. One pot was still full of grease I had to wash it several times before I could use it. Third, the napkins and toilet paper were very cheap. Some of the towels provided still had hair on them. Not enough garbage bags were provided. And I had to throw away the garbage in the community dumpster because there were no garbage cans outside. The patio door wouldn’t lock. It had a metal stick as a “lock” not safe. Lastly the dryer vent was broken and it heated the room. Lastly some of the neighbors were smoking pot outside not sure if they were also renters or local residents. Hopefully the owners do better next time.

Where the house was situated

The carpets where dirty and the furniture needed updating the whole place needed re decorating the sinks would not drain properly and the pool area had broken furniture and the sun canopy was falling apart very dirty

The property was in a good, secure location, which is close to main tourist attractions in the area, Disney, universal, old town etc. The property had plenty of facilities, extra toilet roll, hairdryer, towels, pool. Great stay for the price.

Property had a few stains here and there on carpets and walls, but nothing I would be willing to complain about.
