L'appartement

La remise des clefs pour accéder à l'appartement en arrivant. On étaient obligés d'aller les récupérer dans pizzeria. C'est honteux.

Maybe a thicker blanket for sleeping

The property was very clean. The bed were comfortable but I didn’t like the memory foam pillows, I prefer softer pillows but this is a personal choice. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, we made a few meals and sat in the terrace. What I would suggest is a larger kettle as for 4 people we had to boil it twice. The location of the apartment is 2 minutes from one of the pools which we enjoyed. Walkable to a couple of restaurants (Italian directly opposite called Fat Mamas and a Mexican round the corner), a supermarket, pharmacy and the Saturday market. The pool areas are well looked after and the pools are great, however, there is hardly any shade around one of them, so you may need to buy a parasol or get up there early (around 10am) to get a spot under the trees if you need shade. Inside the apartment there is a wonderful selection of English reading books, to that works when you sign into your Netflix etc accounts. Beautiful views overlooking the mountains from the front of the apartment and over the pool from the back. Maria, was absolutely amazing from start to finish of our holiday and any questions that I had before we arrived and whilst we were there were handled professionally and quickly. I will 100% be booking this apartment again next year.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. As a couple of suggestions I would have liked a few more mirrors, especially full length ones. I think both bedrooms would benefit from having one as all family members had to use the one in the living room. Instructions on how to use the electric hob and air con would have been a bonus, but after a google search I worked it out. A small welcome pack would have been great as we arrived shortly after midnight and I had to go out to get bottled water, tea and coffee. So maybe the basics could be provided on arrival (milk/coffee/sugar/tea and water). The coffee pods that have been left by previous users of the apartment are too big for the machine, so should be removed. Distance from airport is around 35/40 minutes and we used a pre booked taxi which was 80€ each way so slightly expensive but there are cheaper ways.

Perfect in every way

Only slight issue was having to pick up the keys from the restaurant but that was because we missed getting them off the cleaners due to issues with travelling on the buses
