Cozy apartment in Puerta del Sol - Esparteros

Cómodo, bien equipado y súper lindo.

Solo tener en cuenta que es primer piso al frente a la noche se escucha el ruido de la calle.

Apartment was amazing. Everything is new and super clean. It is in the center of the town and most of the things you need to see are 2km by walking the most. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and Puerta de Sol is like less then a minute from the flat. Madrid is amazing city and next time I come I will go to this apartments.

Absolutely nothing.

L’emplacement

Un des volet de ce ferme pas, et pendant les fêtes de fin d’année avec la lumière des rues il y avait beaucoup de luminosité à l’intérieur pour dormir. Sinon super logement très confortable

The location is amazing, two seconds away from the main area and quick train access to most parts of the city

It says for 3, the sofa bed doesn’t open up u just sleep on the normal sofa, the bed is a little smaller than expected There also is no shower products, so make sure you bring your own.

La situación y la comodidad

Excelente ubicación. El departamento muy bien puesto, muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario (electrodomésticos, y ropa blanca). Lo mismo que el personal que nos recibió.

No hubo nada que no nos gustara.

The apartment is nice and was very clean. Good equipment: there is a good shower and good washing machine, big and clean fridge, clean water boiler etc.

- The bed is small for 2 people (1m40) - The shutters of one of the living room windows doesn't close because of the airconditioning box. This means there is a lot of light (a burger king and lots of shops with neon lights just in front). There is supposed to be a sofa bed that can be used, but unless you can sleep in bright light, this is not true. This would have been nice to know upfront. - There is a lot of street noise. You can hear people laughing, babies crying... - The check-in process was not smooth. They contacted me to ask when we would arrive. I said 4 pm but corrected 2 days before our trip to 6 pm. Yet, they arranged the check-in still for 4 pm. When I said on the day itself (again) that we would only be there at 6, they mentioned a cash fee of 20€ for check-in as of 6 pm. This was not communicated anywhere upfront which I find not appropriate. Especially since the apartment mentions "Check-in as of 4 pm" on booking.com. - They also asked if we wanted a crib since we were travelling with a baby. I said sure, thanks. However it was not there when we arrived. We had to meet back at the apartment at a given hour so they could deliver it because someone needed to be there because a cash fee needed to be paid... Again... but this was NOT mentioned in advance. When they asked if we wanted a crib, no mention of fee, when I said yes thanks, no mention of a fee, but upon arrival, when we had no more other choice, suddenly we needed to pay 30€ in cash. The amount was not exaggerated but the way this was handled is inappropriate in my opinion. Especially since the crib was not there upon arrival as promised and then there was no one there on the hour agreed upon. So we came back to our apartment the first night for the crib, to then wait 30 more mins for said crib. Our baby was already asleep because past bed time so we asked to cancel the crib, but they just said they were already on their way. So we were not happy with this experience.
