Spacious Villa w Pool Hot Tub Golf Lazy River

The property was rented for Friday to Monday for three families. We chose this property because of the pool/ hot tub and because we wanted a full kitchen for easy meals. Overall the property was clean and in a good location. However the two issues that we contacted property management about and were both unresolved. First the kitchen only had two small frying pans to cook with which were in such bad shape that the coating was coming off in our food. We contacted the PM who assures me that they would call me back to make arrangements to send another pan. They never called so we had to eat our meals outside the house. Also we had sent multiple emails prior to arrival concerning our desire to heat the hot tub. They were never answered. The PM was contacted again early Saturday and we were told that they were unable to heat the hot because it would take 24 hours to heat up which is nonsense. Unfortunate to have a pool and hot tub that were unusable.
