Located in an old apartment complex in a dead-end alley. - apartment as well as entrance area tobacco smoke smell. - no elevator to the appartement. - Area feels unsafe at night. - No parking available anywhere near. - Host, or owner never showed up. - Reception by young Ukraine women. speaking inadequate English, no Italian. - demanding € 100 in cash as caution for possible damage to the property… - non-refundable payment - having viewed this stinky place we refused to spend the night and left.

Good location, close to the beach and the city centre. Clean appartment.

Check-in and out was a bit weird and strict in timing because the owner had to come to the apartment at the arranged time. The bathroom was a bit tight.
