The food was good, and the restaurant and bar were both great. It was a fantastic deal to have breakfast and dinner included in our package. The cuisine was excellent. We also took some time to use the spa, which was incredibly relaxing and professionally managed.

The rooms were nicely designed, but the entry to the toilet and shower (sliding door) did not have a lock. This could lead to some privacy issues.

It's a special setup since the hotel is stuck to the shopping mall and to get to the breakfast/dinner part, you have to use a separate door to access the mall and get to the restaurant. The meals were great with a wide variety of options. The pool was a great place to relax. The room was very large and artsy - unfortunately, there was a constant humidity smell, not strong but present enough. Construction nearby wasn't great but bearable during the day time since I wasn't much in the room then.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, nice restaurant with good food, lovely staff and with a direct access to Forum Mall.

The fact that we had booked a room for 3 people and l was taken by surprise when I was informed at the reception we have to pay for an extra bed for the third person! ( hotel policy I was told). After a little conversation two and fro, they gave us an extra bed without extra charges.
