Modern 1-bedroom apartment in the city center

The host is amazing. We are staying for the second time and everything was troublefree and fantastic. The apartment is very clean, on walking distance to the white tower and next to Rotonda of Thessaloniki. Very quet and safe.

Ενώ στην περιγραφή γράφει «θέση Πάρκιγκ δωρεάν», όπως και σε πολλά άλλα καταλύματα της Θεσσαλονίκης, δεν ίσχυε στην πραγματικότητα. Για εμένα ήταν πολύ σημαντικό και θεωρώ για οποιονδήποτε επισκέπτη της Θεσσαλονίκης , γιατί δυστυχώς, ενώ είναι μια πολύ ωραία πόλη, έχει τεράστιο πρόβλημα στάθμευσης για τους επισκέπτες ..

Huge apartment, fully equipped, high floor (quiet), friendly owner, excellent location.

We loved everything…but I would recommend the owner to add a kettle to the fully equipped kitchen. Bed was a bit soft to our liking…but overall immaculate apartment!

Georgios çok ilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Daha önce bu kadar ilgili bir ev sahibi görmedim. Ev tertemiz ve aydınlıktı. Eşyalar sıfır gibiydi. Tüm ekipmanlar çalışır haldeydi. Kahvaltımızı ve akşam yemeklerimizi evde yedik. Gerekli olan herşey mevcuttu. Ailecek kaldık, apartman sessizdi, rahat uyuduk. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

The manager is responsive and attentive. The location is super. The apartment has everything that is needed for short term travelers.

Finding a parking space in a garage around the apartment can be challenging and has to be arranged separately. The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos but the windows have no view to anything. If you plan to spend time inside, this can be disappointing. Of course when staying in the center of Thessaloniki you are not supposed to stay inside but stroll around the cafes, restaurants and bars.

The owner Georgios is extremely helpful. He helped us to find a parking space and was responsive all the time during our stay. The apartment is modern, recently renovated, near Rotonda and just few minutes walking distance to the white tower and sea promenade. Cosy and clean place. The communication with the owner was very easy. He gave us useful advice on the parking options around the neighborhood. The self check-in was very easy following owner's instructions. Overall, the location of the property met our expectations and we had a very good weekend in Thessaloniki

In fact, the property is not a one-bedroom apartment - it is a studio. The kitchenette, sofa bed and the king-size double bed are all in one room. The sofa bed was not done on our arrival and we had to search for bedsheet linen and pillows in the drawers although we had reserved for 4 people. In the drawers we found used bedsheet linen which was e bit embarrassing. The overall cleanness was not up to the standard - we found hairs on the floor and dust on the shelves as an example. The owner must check the cleaning much more closely.
