"Good"

Location near to Como Lake

It was super hot, temperature 38 degrees, I went with my family having three kids and there was no proper fan provided, no AC..not recommended to go in summer specially July and Aug as apartment very very hot and you can't sleep whole night

"Terrible"

Close to Como lake

Everything was bad - not clean, wrong description (booked room with lake view but instead there was view on other building, there are no rooms with lake view at all). Almoust everything was out of order - only cold water in 1 bathroom, lack of power outputs even for existing coffee machine, blinds not possible to put down in bedroom, all futniture and interior as it students dormitories, unpleasant contact person. The worst apartment we as family ever rented, full disappointment.

"Very good"

Very large apartment on the 1st floor with the bonus of 2 bathrooms. Everything you need is inside. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to the small beach by the lake and the couple of bar's and restaurants on the top road. We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed longer. Had great parking for our motorcycles right outside the apartment. Was a guide inside with lots of information about things to do around lake Como. Good communication with the owner about how to find the location and good to see them to hand over key and show us round instead of messing about with lock boxes.

We couldn't get any hot water out of the shower or tap in one of the bathrooms , not too much of a problem with another bathroom, not many towels supplied, but enough for our 1 night

Big and quite new flat with all comforts. The two bathrooms were a treat for our group of four. We could easily park on the shared parking and the lake river is just there

In these days of extreme heat the air conditioning would have been perfect.

"It was a very pleasant stay indeed"

The location was great and the guy taking care of the apartment was really helpful and personally He helped me a lot to figure out the address as I was driving from Bergamo Airport which was around 2 hours of drive .

Nothing in particular but yeah the wifi connection was very poor.He guided me to put it outside and I did but yet still the connection was not so good .
