"Mislead and the owners never replied"

The location was good within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach

Just know that even though the add says 3 bedroom with heated pool that this pool is a shared pool by the entire property. We had no idea until people were in the pool which is literally 2 steps outside our back door. I got in touch with the owner who replied it is shared by the entire property. The ad is very misleading and misrepresented. Some guests were loud and we even had children beating on the door and looking inside. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known especially for the price. Tried reaching out to owners about being unhappy and that the ad didn’t say anything about sharing the pool with anyone but they never replied back to my messages.
