Nous avons adoré l'appartement en général. Il était très grand, bien décoré, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue depuis la fenêtre sur le lac et les collines était exceptionnel. Il y a même un balcon et une machine à laver !!

The property was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfy, everything about the apartment itself was absolutely perfect!

There was a strange situation regarding the key safe. Me and my partner always pop 2 digits in the key safe (if the property has one) to see if anyone tries to access the property whilst we go out, as it’s happened to us once before a few years ago. During our stay, we noticed that the digits had in fact changed. I contacted Norma (the owner) straight away and I was told that they could check CCTV. We the came back to the property the following day, to find the actual key code inputted and left on show (luckily we took the key with us). Luckily on this occasion Norma confirmed it was herself who was going to access the property to get a meter reading but then remembered that the apartment was occupied so didn’t go in. I then received a message asking for this to be sent to her (Not a problem). But to leave the key code on show for anyone to see makes it very unsafe especially for our belongings. All of this ruined our stay as we were constantly worrying about our stuff in the apartment, the inconvenience of having to message back and forth regarding “someone” trying to access the key safe.

Todo perfecto. El apartamento es maravilloso tiene todo tipo de electrodomésticos, la cama era comodísima. La calefacción perfecta, las vistas al lago impresionantes. No tiene nada negativa. Recomendado 100 × 100. Viajo muchísimo y podría decir que es de lo mejor que me he encontrado en mi vida.

No tengo nada que decir. Todo era perfecto y súper cómodo.

Not mutch I'm disabled I had to go up two sets of stairs with two suitcases. and a autistic grandson.then there were no WiFi in the flat.we were never told not to open windows I opened the window but could not get it closed. we never saw no one the two nights we were there.i would not go there again never told how to work the cooker so had to buy our meals outside.i would never use this place again .the bed hardly was large enough for us

Property was acceptable, facilities were very good! Especially the coffee maker and Dyson products… only 5 minutes drive to Fort William and stunning views of the Loch over the road.

Exterior of the building is lacking curb appeal! Musty smell in the property and it was not exceptionally clean … kitchen sink was dirty, crumbs in the oven, mouldy coffee grounds in the coffee machine, dirty pans… I used the dish washer to sanitise any kitchen equipment before using Banging would be heard from the occupants in the flat below either closing doors or windows

Amazing place! The apartment has everything you need. Definitely will book it again.
