Lovely location. Quiet road, with local facilities a short walk away. The barn was very clean and comfortable. Modern with good facilities. It is pet-frendly, and the enclosed garden for the dogs was a bonus. Great parking on the drive

I would have liked a freezer ( rather than a washing machine) It was very difficult to keep cool in the heatwave. There were no fans provided, and without a freezer, we could not have ice in drinks etc, as there wasn't even a freezer box in the fridge. I was not confident that my smaller dog could not get out under the hedge in one place at the back, and he tried to get between the slats in the gate above the chicken wire.. He therefore had to be kept on a lead in the garden which was a shame.

This is an amazing find. The property was just as pictured and perfect. Secure garden for our dog and private parking. Easy to get to beautiful walks. Stunning stay

Decor was beautiful. Warm cosy and welcoming. Communications with host was great too. Would definitely stay again.

Tidy little barn in a beautiful location close to the Forest of Dean, with a number of great dog-friendly walks within 10-15 minutes drive. Good bakery and butcher in the village.

It’s worth noting that the house backs onto the main village road, which appears to be a local cut through to the A40. Poor double glazing in the living area means there's a fair amount of traffic noise, particularly during the day.

I was told it would be a £75 charge for our dog after I booked and paid for the property. However this was sorted out so all good.

Decor, area, facilities, space and information prior to arrival. Location is quiet and close to major attractions/towns in the area. The Barn was great for our toddler in the day and for us to relax in during the evening.

We liked it all.
