Das großzügig geschnittene Apartment liegt in einem Gebäude direkt am Strand und ist sehr zentral zur Altstadt. Es verfügt über eine eigene Tiefgarage, von der aus man mit dem Aufzug direkt in die Wohnungsetage fahren kann.

Durch die Fenster des Apartments hört man den Verkehr der Hauptstraße durchgehend.

When we first arrived, we found ants crawling throughout both the bathrooms and bedrooms, and the air conditioning unit was leaking water. Within minutes of entering the apartment, my partner injured his toe on a rusty nail protruding from beneath the bathroom sink. This resulted in an unexpected visit to the medical centre, where he required a tetanus shot—costing us over €100, and a half day of our holiday. We immediately informed the apartment management, who initially assured us that we would be reimbursed. We provided all necessary documentation, including receipts and bank details, and were again promised compensation before we left. However, it has now been six weeks since our return, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have stopped responding entirely. We have received no reimbursement for the health risk, the injury, or the expenses incurred. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful, and we would strongly caution others before booking.

Die Lage zum Meer, zur Altstadt war perfekt. Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert! Sehr sauber und geräumig! Pool sehr gepflegt und ruhig!

Balkone auf Strassenseite, ohne Balkontür schliessen kann man nicht schlafen...

L'emplacement est top ! L'établissement et Monsieur Francis est le meilleur ! Poli, serviable, de bons conseils. Les bémols : quand nous sommes arrivés, la femme de ménage était encore occupée, elle prenait tout son temps pour terminer sa tâche et finalement ce n'était pas top. J'ai recommencé derrière elle. L'appartement est très confortable par contre il manque impérativement de nécessaire comme des verres. Nous étions 6 et il y avait 4 verres à eau. Nous avons utilisé les verres à vin le premier jour ensuite je suis allée acheter des gobelets pour facilité (bien que je ne suis pas pour ce genre de produit vu les déchets inutiles que cela produit). Dans la description, il est mentionné un parking public hors (à notre grande surprise, merci monsieur Francis) une place de parking en sous sol sécurisé est réservée à chaque appartement) .

The apartment is comfortable for 4 people on vacation, enough space to chill with everyone.

We had several issues. The admin people provides a general address so taxi left me 300 mts from the building. The person that dealt with us is a young nice lady but the administration left her alone and couldn’t solve neither the internet connection nor the living room air conditioning, leaked over our phones and tablets as those were plugged for charge under the aircon. We stayed 5 nights and we needed to work therefore we paid extra for a good accommodation and they didn’t meet our expectations for the place, we had to work from a coffee shop nearby, far from what we intended.
