This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check in after 21.00 pm occurs at an extra charge of 35 euros. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please be advised that there is an ongoing construction site nearby, and as a result, there might be some unavoidable noise disturbances. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location

Toilet leaking, TV and freezer not working, water stain on the wall and furniture and uncomfortable mattress. Microwave and coffee machine missing. I called the office many times, and at the end, we gave up.

"Disappointed with this apartment."

Staff responded to emails quickly, apartment is 1 block from the Promenade and Independence Gardens. Bars and restaurants just 5 mins away, centre of St Julian's 20 mins away along promenade. Couple of convenience stores 50 yards away.

The apartment while superficially clean is in need of a deep clean - lots of dust on skirting boards, socket tops, etc; the lower tiles of the shower have mold and mildew. The shower shelf unit is completely rusted. Construction work (drilling and hammering) in the nextdoor building started at 7am most mornings. There is a Tower Crane base (large concrete blocks) immediately outside the building meaning there is no view and daylight in the main room - we were not warned about this. Other occupiers of the building frequently leave the main front door open meaning anyone can access building - as there is no safe in the apartment we felt we had to carry all valuables with us - it would be good to install a safe. The TV remote was missing - when we informed the agents they tried to source a replacement quickly but didn't manage it before we left.
