Luxury 3 Bedrooms with King bed Downtown Indy

The unit was very clean and the owner/in charge was very prompt at replying to emails or text messages. Always very helpful. The bed is a bit hard. The bathroom drain downstairs clogged and it was hard to make it work well. One of my friends used the sofa in the living room instead of the inflatable bed. She found the sofa to her liking. Overall, we like this apartment and will stay there again when revisiting Indy.

Downstairs bathroom shower doesn’t drain and there was a roach problem.

We loved the space and it was very thoughtful to have some coffee for the us. It is in a short distance to the zoo and the children’s museum. The instructions were easy to follow and it was very clean.

More dinning ware and drinking cups will be nice.

I loved the style, the layout, the closeness of the interstate and downtown, the food choices.!!! The manager was very friendly and easy to contact.

Honestly, the parking is very tight so be prepared that there is not much room to “squeeze” into the carport

The only issues we had was the fact that it listed one room as having two queen sized beds and there was only one in every room and then there was an air mattress so it was a little misleading and then in the photos it showed the bathrooms being stocked with towels on the shelves and we only had 4 towels to share between the 8 of us. Other than that the property was great

Walking distance to many places. Very clean. Enough space to spread out.

My only “complaint” would be the upstairs shower had very little water pressure so we all ended up using downstairs shower that had much better water pressure.
