I didn't like anything because I went to another hotel because the owner of the units i reserved made a mistake giving me the wrong rooms that I paid for. It was a horrible experience!

I cancelled my booking. The host didnt give me the room that I booked for! She thought i booked for 2 guests so she only gave me 1 room when I wanted 2 units and paid for the actual 2 units! The other bedroom wasn't vacated yet when I arrived so my guest and I decided to go somewhere else because we could not wait until the room becomes vacant. It makes me wonder how you can overlook something like that...the price alone should have raised a major red flag why a guest would pay over 20,000 just for 1 bedroom. The owner did acknowledge it was her mistake but since I booked the rooms through Booking.com she could not cancel my booking but instead I have to contact Booking.com. I tried cancelling the reservation through Booking.com app but it wouldnt allow me so I contacted my credit card company instead to dispute the charge since i never stayed in the room I paid for. Needless to say, it was a disaster and a very unpleasant experience dealing with the owner of the unit especially after travelling all day and the last thing I wanted to experience is a major glitch checking in. I hope my situation is just a unique one but travellers beware when booking with the Birch Tower. I hope that your booking experience wouldn't be as bad as mine.

Took one hour for representative show up after numerous txt messages. Not like.

After hour wait representative took us to room not really that clean and cockroaches. No toilet paper. Had to ask for towels which were for two days. Room was not cleaned before we checked out. No shampoo or soap. Took long time to figure out how to connect to the internet. Only YouTube on tv box, better then nothing.
