ZALocation. Starter coffee tea and milk. Shower gel and shampoo in case you forget. You don’t get these often in self catering apartments
Dirty couches, doors and carpets. Curtains not hanged properly in lounge. They should use R1000+ charged for once off cleaning .Host must check all is in order before check in.. for example lights not working, broken chair and no pillow cases. Received a message a week and a half after my stay about a missing hairdryer. I didn’t even see one. I’ve booked many hotels and apartments before .This one is a first for me. Will wait for their call
ZAThe location was perfect and close to the ocean and many restaurants. Also, having a dedicated parking space made life much easier.
They could maybe just also include a fan for the lounge area.
