Great apartment. Bright and clean, centrally located, with good quality beds and laundry. Owner was responsive and returned our deposit quickly, via bank transfer, as described.

A superbly large and well appointed apartment. 3 large double bedroom, 2 with en-suite and a very large kitchen living diner. Very spacious and clean. Light and bright being on the 5th floor of a block. Slap bang in the middle of the city centre and 10 mins from the station. Great hospitality from Abraham. Many thanks.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Sheffield. Three beds and three baths with a huge common area in the apartment made our stay very spaced out and relaxed. Sparkling clean and being situated on pedestrianised fargate street, it doesn't get more central than this. The apartment benefits from a wonderful view of historical buildings to the lounge side and two bedrooms, while the kitchen and balcony/fire escape room has views of the distant hills. The communal areas were clean and tidy thanks to the mansion attendant Arthur who was very pleasant. It was home away from home with marks and Spencer just across, Sheffield plate just beside as well as the best high street eateries and shopping. We loved the Light cinemas and the snacks... Dishwasher tablets, softener, bin bags were all provided. There is an ironing board, hoover, clothes line , dishwasher, washing machine, four ringed induction hob, microwave and electric radiators in rooms and bathrooms. The double glazing keeps the bustle noise to a minimum, while the old style exterior windows are in keeping with the character of this building.. There are enough plates and cutlery for a family. The fridge had complementary still and sparkling water bottles to get one started, as well as chips, nibbles and some milky way chocolates, a very thoughtful addition by owner, Abraham. Communication was easy. Apartment is EXACTLY like in the photos, so please book with peace of mind that you will not be misled. I can't emphasise this enough. There is a lift to take you to the fifth floor enough for a couple of cases and an adult or upto 400 kgs in weight... The £250 refundable deposit transferred directly to the owner via bank transfer on check in was back in my account an evening after check out in full. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back soon!
