We were five adults staying for a week. The property was as described, clean and comfortable . It is in easy walking distance of the Royal William Yard , the Hoe and the City Centre. The communication from the owner was excellent .

Superb hosts we liaised with Richard he was so helpful a great host.The location & house was superb. The decor & ambience was spot on .we had 2 on ensuites & a family bathroom &toilet.. also a downstairs tiolet. The complimentary basket with fudge,larger & lemonade '& everything you would need to help during your stay was a very special touch. we thoroughly enjoyed it.The beds was so comfy ,like home from home .family members commented on how tastly decorated it was & all bedding ect immaculately clean.

We had everything we needed. We loved it.

The property was clean , bed linen was clean and towels . Had everything you needed in the kitchen . Would definitely recommend and return if I was in the Plymouth area anytime soon .

"Lovely house,we enjoyed."

House was in good location!Closed for shops and beach.In the house was clean and tidy!

The neighbor made loud noise until late night, the stairs and floors creaked in the house.
