ESThe manager was very kind and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was also good and appreciated. The riad looks beautiful in the photos, which is why this was especially disappointing. In reality, it was very dusty and felt neglected. The carpets, curtains, and furniture were very old, and the chairs and tables felt worn out and poorly put together. It did not feel worth the price. The hot tub/jacuzzi was also disappointing, as the water was cold and dirty, so it should not really be advertised as available. The area of the medina was also not the nicest. Overall, I would not recommend this riad for the money, although I can say the manager was genuinely lovely.
ESGBOur family of 11 had a great holiday at this riad. It is located a short distance from the bustle of the souk. The manager, Dounia, and the cleaner/cook, Hafsa, could not have been more helpful. We had breakfast prepared by Hafsa a couple of mornings and they were brilliant
There were a few niggles that I brought to the attention of Dounia and she received the feedback very positively. Be aware that she does not accept card payments for city taxes, meals etc so have plenty of cash available
